Does not last long after warranty ends
by leonidius ,Nov 01 '05
Pros: Not much Cons: Poor reliability
We did not use it very often (about 2-3 movies a week) and still its front display panel died just 1.5 year after the purchase date. Sanyo DVW-6100 DVD/VCR Player.

The DVW-6100 is your BASIC DVD Player. I have no concern for the "parental control" feature, so that's a mute issue.
If you want to play any other format than your generic store bought DVD... Look a something else.
Their is no progressive scan either.
