This game is great, for the first level you are dropped off in Albania with your 3 teamates and you must place 2 bombs and capture someone.
The graphics in this game are awesome! Online play is great, and your team mates are smart and don't run out into the battle field or get stuck somewhere. You can also send your men in to make the kill instead of having to do everything yourself. I personally think this game is the greatest!

Socom 2 is basically just an expansion to Socom 1. There are new levels, weapons, characters, and missions. This game is very fun whether it is played On-line, or in missions.

Positives..
16 player On-line ability, with spectator options. The game is very realistic and free on-line access. There are many new levels to be played on both missions and online. There are Five different levels of difficulty. Socom gives you the ability to create and run your own clan, or even join one already created. There is easier access to a room with more briefing rooms, including seal rooms, and clan rooms. A new feature is talking in the lobbies of a room so that you do not have to wait to talk to someone during a game, or having only the ability to type to a challenging clan or person

Negatives..
On-line playing can be slow, laggy, and cheaters still play. The ranking system makes no sense and rank-up routes have been made. The Ai in the missions are limited, lacking a real challenge, and nothing like On-line mode. On-line patches have been made to unable the use of some glitches, and lobby typing tricks.

Pros: Awesome online gaming.
Cons: There are some glitch's in the online play.

What can i say...its totally awesome. I was impressed with Socom: US navy seals, but SocomII, is far better. Easy to learn controls, while still having some difficulty to separate the noobs(newbies just starting to learn) from the gods. Becoming one of the most popular Playstation2 multiplayer online game out there, SocomII lets you create your own clan, and play with your friends online. Whether you want to talk smack about killing someone, or just have a friendly talk with friends. Killing terrorists while trying to escort hostages, go on demolition missions, or just have a 'shootem'out' brawl, is just plain fun. I haven't had as much fun playing a video game since Pong. Once you buy this game, your addicted and you'll have the ride of your life.
