Pros: Small size, battery life, ATRAC3 Sounds better than MP3, media is cheap. Cons: DRM restrictions on MP3. Simple Burner doesn't support SP mode recording.
I've been a user of MiniDisc technology since 1999. I previously owned a Sony home recorder and a portable player. Unfortunately, the eject mechanism of my home recorder stopped working in late 2002, and I never liked the tedium of titling without a ...

Pros: Unit looks nice... Cons: Lots of problems, unit seems to be DOA, poor Sony tech support, lousy software..
Me and my dad are music enthusiasts. I own an Aiwa MiniCD player that I love. It is small, plays 8 cm CD-Rs, and I can put about 3 hours of music in Mp3 format on each disc. My dad liked it too but the other day he came to me with this new Sony ...

I got this MD player over the past summer in Walmart for just under $150, and now I see on sale for $130. This MD player is wonderful, and I'm glad I made the right choice buying this lower end Net MD over the last year's models of regular MD that feature ...

Pros: Size, price, capacity of the disc Cons: lack of a back-lit screen
Well I had been looking for a piece of media to play music that was considerably smaller than a portable CD player. I looked at many different MP3 players such as the Ipod, Rio's, Creative Labs, ect... Then I was told to look at Mini Disk Players (MD) I was reluctant at first. I thought of the hassle of having to keep track of all these little discs. Then I took a better look at them and found out that I could put 5 hours of music on 1 disk! That fact alone sold me. I went to Best Buy and picked up the MZ-N150.
The MZ-N150 is a great unit! On one disk you can get 5 hours of music (as previously stated) You can delete and re-write on these disks (up to a 1000 times!) The battery life is great. You can get 50 hours of play time off of 1 AA battery! The sound quality is great you can put music in LP1 or LP2. The only complaint I have is the lack of a back lit screen.
Well this little unit only set me back $130 and I still had some money left over.
Pros: I would rather get this than some mp3 players. Cons: Crappy program, crashed on me a few times already. Cheap headphones.
Good sound quality. Program needs a little work but its good enough. Battery life is awesome. And it was right for the price, I can live without the remote the 610 offers for more money. And you can easily store 60 songs on a disc.
Stores more than five hours of music on an 80-minute minidisc; speedy USB connection minimizes recording time Compatible with MP3, WMA, and WAV music ...More at Amazon Marketplace
