Pros: Small, quiet, good quality scans, very portable, easy to setup Cons: Feed area needs work to ensure straighter scans

Overall - I like it.

Pros: Quick enough.
Can mark-up scans w/highlighter, notes.
Rotate, straighten, crop, etc. Cons: Proprietary .max format-can be converted later.
Sometimes must insert twice-could be machine.
I scan all my bills with this little scanner. Then I trash them. Well, except for the bank statements and anything to do with my business - the IRS could come-a-knocking (again) some day. All the other stuff I throw away because I can always look it up.
The software that comes with it helps organize things. It's up to you to create the folders where you want to stash the scans. It dates each scan so if I don't want to them it I don't have to.
Overall I like it. Only thing that bugs me really is that I have to insert papers twice some times. Sometimes on the first insert the software stalls or something. Could be my machine though - dunno. I'm running XP Pro.
I keep it on my desk always. It's worth it for the price and convenience.
