Pros: Best Smackdown yet Cons: Plays pretty much just like the one released 4 years ago
The WWE Smackdown franchise has slowly evolved into wrestlings version of Madden year in and year out, you can count on THQ tweaking the engine, updating the roster, and spitting out a new version in time for the holiday season. 2003s ...
Pros: Best wrestling game made so far in every catagory. Cons: Some minor grappling issues, pretty much taps out PS2 hardware.
OVERVIEW Who hasn't heard of the WWE (formerly the WWF)? It is the most dominant brand in professional wrestling. Any famous wrestlers who haven't crossed the boss (Vince McMahon, Owner, CEO, etc...) all have a seat on the roster. WWE is a media ...
Pros: Graphics, controls, sounds.... Cons: A few wrestlers are left out...
I have been a very big wrestling fan for about six or seven years & as a result have watched, played and collected as much wrestling merchandise as I possibly could without commiting murder, so its safe to say WWE Smackdown: Here Comes The Pain has also ...
Pros: Incredible graphics, revamped season mode, up-to-date roster, wrestler signature taunts/ moves Cons: Lots of bugs during matches, some smaller details ignored, pathetic sound
(Note: I'm trying out a new review format here to help me give the game a more accurate score, so bear with me in terms of why I give out the ratings I do, but the text itself will tell you so much more than the points will.) The Smackdown! series of ...

Pros: Lots of superstars and legends, plenty of unlockables, lots of matches. Cons: No voiceovers nor commentary, created wrestlers don't have many polygons.
WWE SmackDown! is a long-lived series, but now it is better than ever, with over 40 superstars to choose from, a story line in season mode that was actually written by the WWE writers themselves, the inclusion of the Elimination Chamber and Bra & Panties Match, and it has a create a wrestler mode unlike any other game. It also has unlockable WWE Legends like the old-school Undertaker, Ted DiBiase, and the Road Warriors and plenty of other unlockable goodies that will keep you playing again and again. With multiplayer that is unprecedented in any wrestling game and an awesome one-player experience, this game is perfect and is the best fighter of 2003.
