The Papa John's here in Stow Ohio is incredible- I myself LOVE sweet sauce- and their chicken strips (with honey mustard sauce) are the best I've ever had- (And I'm from Boston and I've lived for years on authentic-italian North End Pizza.) I have never gotten a bad pizza from there and the people there are very friendly and the store is very clean. It's a little pricey- but worth it !

I worked for a Papa John's in 1995 and got hooked on the pizza ( Florida). I could not wait until they came to New England and my best birthday was my boyfriend driving for two hours to get me a Papa pizza! Now they are in my area and I am so happy-the food is great and the staff is too. Having grown up with Pizza Hut and Papa Ginos this is the ultimate alternative-love the garlic and cheese sauce.They always kept it simple so I hope they don't go crazy trying to add to the menu-IT AIN'T BROKE SO DON'T FIX IT PAPA!

Last time we got Papa John's Pizza, I was disappointed. They totally skimped on the cheese and it was a mess of sauce and toppings. But I won't focus on just that because I have been a life-time customer of Papa John's and I still will be. I have only had problems with them a couple of times. Their pizza is really good-tasting and wholesome, and I love their bread sticks more than almost anything. Yumm-O. I really like how they have an entire side menu- bread sticks, cinnamon dessert sticks, wings, etc. They have a really versatile menu and that's a good thing. Definitely a thumbs up from me.

I ordered and paid for pizza online for carryout. I arrived at the store 30 minutes later, and they said it would be a little bit longer for the pizza to be ready. An hour later, they realized that the pizza was non-existent. I waited for pizza for over one hour.

Pros: Coupons galore are available
Cons: Can be a little pricey

Papa Johns was the pizza of choice when I was in college. Any time there was a large gathering that required an informal dinner - Papa Johns. I've since graduated and will still order Papa Johns on occasion. It certainly beats Pizza Hut in my book!
Sauce is tasty, good amount of cheese and the dough is well textured and has a good taste as well.

Papa johns has the bets pizza. I never have any problems with my orders. They always give me plenty of cheese and parmesian cheese. thank you papa johns for making great pizza that i can enjoy!

I called by phone to order the Cowboy and paid by credit card. The Cowboy deal is $10.99 and comes with a 2 liter drink. When the pizza arrived, I was charged $22 and they forgot the 2 liter. When I pointed this out to the delivery man, he had the total refunded to my card. However, they stated that the refund would not post for 3 to 4 weeks. In addition, he refused to have someone bring me a 2 liter. He stated that I was no longer entitled to the 2 liter since the order was free. I then called the store and they agreed to bring me a 2 liter. However, the 2 liter never came.

Cons: It takes really long for them to have it ready.

Man, I love their pizza. It's so good. The sauce is good, the cheese, and the breadcrust. I could just have one right now! I can't wait to dip my breadcrust into that garlic sauce.

Pros: It's close; but so are 8 other better pizza places.
Cons: Insufficient toppings.  Taste 5 out of 10.

I ordered a large pie with 5 toppings...  double pepperoni, double sausage, and bacon.  You would think that it would come overflowing with toppings.   You would think wrong here.  The total amount of toppings were little more than for a single topping at other pizza places.  I was severely disappointed.  It's doubtful that I will be going back there.

One opened locally, so they sent out lots of fliers with great discounts.  Registering online takes more than the few seconds they claim.  Ordering online is pretty efficient.  You can add/delete toppings easily and even specify toppings go on only 1/2 the pie.  I like traditional toppings AND some non traditional.  Disappointed they didn't offer artichoke hearts, greek olives, pepercini(?),  feta or several other cheeses that jazz things up.  The price was right, so order we did.  It arrived quickly, but was lukewarm.  Can't put my finger on it, but they tasted boring.  99 cent Jeno's pizzas from the grocer's freezer are more satisfying.
