Pros: Great Preschool shows, great late night tv, good teen shows. Cons: Some of the pre/teen shows are a bit rude.
I have tuned into Nick since I was young, when it first started. I like the focus for kids, it has remained focused on it's goal of being for kids. I also like the addition of Nick at Night with all of the old programming. Especially it's daytime...

Pros: Safe, entertaining, cute characters Cons: Doesn't run all day long
Well, let's put it this way...without Nick Jr. during the day, I would probably have lost my mind by now.
My 3 year old has been watching his favorite Nick Jr. shows for a while now, and he loves them. My 7 year old watched before he started...

Nickelodeon is an awesome channel for kids.
Saturday night is really geared to those older bunches of kids like myself.

Pros: Great writing, David Arquette Cons: Animation takes a little getting used to.
First, let's get these silly "South Park" comparisons out of the
way with regard to Nickolodeon's wonderful new prime time cartoon
"Pelswyck." The very minor grossness in this thing wouldn't hold Eric
Cartman's...

Pros: Entertaining both for children & adults Cons: None
For as many years that Nickelodeon has been on cable T.V. I've ignored it up until I had a child. Even then I turned right to PBS to watch Sesame Street, Barney & those pain in the neck Teletubbies. One day after cringing to those evil alien voices...

Pros: great kids' programming, wide age appeal Cons: holiday commercials abound
We have Nickelodeon on our TV over any other channel. It's the one we go to first before Cartoon Network. In the daytime, the programming is geared towards children.
Every morning Face, their cartoon "host", greets us with silly...

Pros: Some good programming and creative projects Cons: Lots of reruns and some offensive programs
Nickelodeon is best known for its childrens' programming, but with the classic television of Nick @ Nite, kids aren't all that this channel will appeal to.
Nick has something for everybody, from the pre-schooler to adults of the Lucy &...
