Pros: Location, location, location. Darling. Cons: Expensive.
Hampstead is expensive. That's the first thing you have to know before coming here. It's not too bad as a visitor or tourist, but it's a killer if you live here. Just to give you a guide to the prices - a small one bedroom flat with no garden around here...
