Pros: Educational, always exciting Cons: A little pricey, but does it matter?
I recently traveled to Europe with my family, and Paris was the most beautiful place we visited. If you've ever been there, you know it lives up to its name, "The City Of Lights". There are many things you should know, and I will tell you...

Pros: low price, high quality, designer products Cons: Too crowded
If only ..., I would never shop some place else.
I just came back from a business trip in Paris last month. Of course I had a wonderful trip except one thing ... I didn't buy enough. It was too late when I found that out - unpacking pieces by...

Pros: It's Paris! Food, cheap shopping on strong $ Cons: None whatsoever
April In Paris - a little off the beaten track.
Actually, it was the end of April and the first few days in May of 2000. Sometime in February or so we decided we needed a little getaway--but where? We thought maybe a cheap airfare to Europe...

Pros: A unique souvenir of your trip to Paris Cons: You may have to wait for others to have their pictures done.
Review Topic: Sights & Attractions
I won't cover the church of Sacre Couer as I believe it was very well done in a previous opinion. However, the writer of that opinion by going late in the evening missed the rest of the...

Pros: cheap, affordable, selection of hotels in all price ranges, can email USAIRWAYS if you have questions, since it's on the web you can comparison shop. Cons: I felt the need to follow-up with a letter confirming my reservation. Didn't want to end up in Paris with no place to sleep.
IS IT POSSIBLE to do Paris-on-the-cheap nowadays? This review is part one of two. I want to alert readers to a travel bargain I stumbled on when searching for an affordable, one-week trip for my daughter and I to take over her Spring break.

Pros: Food, Language, Museums, Nightlife, History Cons: A very small negative is cost
Before traveling to Paris I received the opinions and advice from many people eager to give their input. I kept an open mind, took all of the opinions and tried to tuck them away and weigh whether or not I agreed during my trip. Hopefully my opinions...

Pros: The museums are fantastic! Some of the best I have ever seen. Cons: On Sundays the whole city shuts down and it's a struggle just to find food.
I spent a week in Paris in October of 2000. When I stepped off the train from London, no one checked my passport and I walked right out onto the street, where I was instantly bombarded by people hawking their hotels and hostels trying to get me to come...

Pros: food, service, decor Cons: more expensive than you can imagine
Lucas Carton is an amazing restaurant. Yes, it deserves 3 stars from Michelin. The setting is magical. The service borders on perfect. You will find everything here that you would dream a famous Paris restaurant would have. When you sit down, you are...

Pros: quick, easy, a real money saver Cons: there aren't any
So, here you are at Charles De Gaulle Airport and you have passed through Passport Control and Customs and have your luggage. If you are looking for a quick and easy way to get in to Paris that won’t break the bank and you can carry all your own luggage...

Pros: Gorgeous architecture, friendly locals, inspiring art, beautiful scenery Cons: No English translations anywhere. Not in the Louvre or even the street signs!
Paris is one of the most fabulous cities I have ever visited in my life, and trust me, I've been to plenty of places including parts of Asia and Africa. I went there in February 1999, but I can still remember it like it was just yesterday.
We...

Pros: Awesome Food, Friendly people, great sights Cons: Restaurants are expensive
Paris is SO much fun. We were lucky enough to get to stay at the flat of a friend who has a place in the 6th Arrondissment. We were a block away from the metro station and bought weekly passes. Then it was full tilt boogie for 8 days with our friends...

Pros: A little French goes a long way Cons: You have to work at it to make the effort
It can appear that way. In my "epinion" they are not rude, but are certainly unappreciative of multitudes of tourists who expect them to respond to every language except French. It is sometimes said to be anti-English, or anti-American, but in...
