Zakopane what a walk!

Pros: Clean by Polish standards
Cons: A Long ways from any type of Civilization
The key to the Tatra Mountains is the City of Zakopane. Zakopane is in southern Poland near the Slovak border. The Tatra Mountains divide Poland from Slovakia at this border.

City and country people all mixed together

Pros: great for those who love the mountains
