Pros: Large theme park featuring both rides and water attractions operated by Six Flags. Cons: Expensive, very crowded on weekends, only open seasonally.
Enchanted Village was the “original” amusement park for the Seattle/Tacoma area. Later, the water park, Wild Waves, was added. We have visited this park many times over the past 15 years and found it to be quite enjoyable. While not in the leagues of...

Pros: Rides free after entry; great water park; plenty for little ones Cons: Bit expensive
I'm sure I was a sight. A 35-year-old mother of two screaming as she tried to get her speed up going over the waterfall on the river ride at Enchanted Village/Wild Waves in Federal Way.
Did I care? Not one bit.
My family and I...

Pros: The "alien predator" display is cool, and one haunted house is decent. Cons: Long lines, rides closed down, overpriced food and drinks, must pay to park
I love Halloween and Halloween activities -- haunted houses and such -- and this year (2009) I decided to take a couple of highschoolers out to Wild Waves' annual "Frightfest" -- their special Halloween attraction which is open every October from 5:00 PM ...

Pros: Great day of entertainment Cons: Crowded, especially on nice days
A few years back my husband's company had their annual picnic at Wild Waves, and Enchanted Village. Wild Waves is a water park that has everything for everyone, no matter what the age is. Enchanted Village is mostly for smaller children, it has rides and...

Pros: Something for everyone Cons: Lines for some attractions can be longish
Wild Waves is a great place for kids of all ages! It has large water slides for the brave, including two "speed" slides, that are huge and scary and fun, and several smaller tube slides. There is a river raft ride, where you sit in an inner...

Pros: Six Flags bought it in recent years so it should evolve to greatness one day. Cons: Six Flags only recently bought it so it hasn't had time to evolve to greatness.
Being from the midwest I had been spoiled by living 6 miles from Six Flags St. Louis. What Wild Waves has now, Six Flags STL had twenty years ago. It would not be fair to make this a comparison though because Six Flags has only owned Wild Waves for a ...

Six Flags Enchanted Village offers a great mix of attractions for visitors of all ages. For the younger guests, there is a very nice section that offers age appropriate attractions that will keep children busy. For the more daring riders, Timberhawk ...

Wild Waves/Enchanted Village
by salmon1 ,Aug 02 '05
Pros: Water Park is great, parking lot is close Cons: Dirty, slow food service, they only take American cash
The theme park is quite small and dirty, we thought it would be like the website pictures, very mis-leading. I've been to Six Flags over Texas, there is no comparison.
Food is really expensive. They don't wipe the tables much litter is everywhere.
The rides are o.k. for younger children, only 2 or 3 thrilling ones.
We really liked the water park, but lockers are $10 and to rent a raft is $8.
We would recommend buying your tickets at your hotel, they're usually way cheaper. We made the mistake of ordering ours online for $27, and found out after we could have ordered them for $16.99 at our hotel. They wouldn't refund our tickets so we could buy at hotel.

Should offer a family pass
by rentonmom ,Jun 24 '06
Pros: The wave pool is a plus. Cons: I would only visit during the week.
I found the cost to high for what is offered. The parking price is high and the new offering of $20.00 for the VIP parking is a real turn off. I found that a large number of the people leave the park to eat lunch in their cars because the price of the food is to high.
Why not offer a low cost or free admission for seniors (62 plus) who come with their grandchildren.
None of the water areas for the small children are heated.
