Pros: Relatively Inexpensive Cons: Low selection
We recently rented a nice car from Enterprise so we didn't think twice about going to them again when our car was in for insurance work. Well we should have thought again because we got a piece of junk. It was a little Mitsubishi Mirage that had...

Pros: None Cons: Rude Employees , Inefficent management , high rental costs ,Sub Standard, and even dangerous cars .
My dealership obtained a rental for me while my vehicle needed to be in the shop .
Of course , it was Enterprise they had an account with .
I had never rented from Enterprise before because of the 150 mile limit enforced , and the...

Pros: Total dedication to customer service Cons: None, in this experience
My second-hand 86 Mustang (more often referred to as my 86 Mistake) was in the shop -- again -- and in Houston, a car is vital. (Go ahead, try the bus system when you've got two bad knees and a hip problem, not to mention trying to get anywhere in a...

Pros: Lowest rental price, quality vehicles Cons: none
I have had several experiences in dealing with Enterprise Car Rentals. They have always been the lowest price in my area and the cars have been wonderful.
Our last experience with them was in renting a mid-size car for a trip several hundred...

Pros: Prompt, will pick you up, helpful, deliver what's promised Cons: None for me.
I've rented from Enterprise many times over the years, unfortunately mostly during insurance claims. Everything was always ready when promised and I usually had a choice of cars (within the same class). A big plus in my book is that they pick you up...

Pros: Very good discounts for smaller cars. Fast, friendly, efficient. Cons: Average prices for higher-class cars, closed Sundays.
In the last two weeks I rented from Enterprise three times and the experience was most satisfactory.
The best thing I can say about Enterprise is that for smaller cars their prices are really competitive. Using coupons I'm regularly getting in...

Pros: Their rates are now lower than anybody else's where I live... Cons: They still have somewhat inconvenient hours, closed on Saturdays!
I used to rent from them in the past. They had and still have ONE redeeming feature - they will pick you up. Plus, they have the $ 9.99 per day special on micro cars like the Metro. However... 1. Back in August of 1998 I was in a fender bender and had ...

Pros: Fantastic customer service, plenty of miles allowed Cons: Can be pricey
I like to take weekend trips with my wife and daughter. Instead of running up the miles on our car, though, we rent from Enterprise.
Now, Enterprise, depending on your vehicle choice, can get a little steep. The way around this is similar to...

Pros: price was right Cons: no cars available
Steer clear of Enterprise Rent a Car at Newark airport. It didn't matter
that I had a reservation when I got to the Enterprise bus. "There are NO cars" is what I was told. They sent me to Budget and said they'd reimburse me for the...

Pros: They provide transport between the repair shop and their place Cons: A bit slow sometimes
I've used a lot of car rental agencies, but Enterprise is the only one that I left feeling better rather than worse. They get their info right, and they do it right. I was introduced to them via my insurance company, USAA, which tries to use them...

Pros: don't allow one way rentals Cons: rent to 21+, pick you up and take you home
Enterprise. They pick you up! The also don't give you flack about being under 25 years old. Most rental car companies will not rent to you if you are under 25 years old, and the few who do charge you extra fees for being under 25 years old, sort of as...

Pros: Reasonable Rates Cons: Customer Service
I have been an Enterprise customer for years and have always found the Employees to be kind and curteous. I have rented cars six times in Ohio, once in Maryland, and once from the LAX location. The prices are reasonable, they rent to college...

Pros: great service, pickup service Cons: none
I was unfortunate to have had my first accident this year. The whole experience really shocked and frightened me. My car was undrivable and was towed away yet I was left without a vehicle in a town not near my home or family.
Needless to...

Pros: Friendly service, Good customer handling Cons: Moderate wait
I used Enterprise service about a year ago (11/99). My insurance company recommended them while my car was being repaired. Unfortunately a deer attacked my car (quite literally, it could have been a FOX special).
The employees at Enterprise...

Pros: pickup service, not expensive, helpful Cons: they close at 6PM
I've only used enterprise through insurance deals so I can't say what it is like regular, but they've been very helpful whenever I have used them. They pick you up and drop you off so that you don't have to worry about getting to them. They are not...
