Pros: Lose weight & keep it off, feel satisfied after a meal. Cons: Pricey. Induction is hard, but you'll get through it!

Pros: If you consider gorging on fats a 'pro', then by all means go on Atkins. Cons: Consider Atkins as the sedentary dieter's health 'timebomb'.

Pros: Appetite suppression, increased energy, ongoing weight loss, good food, fewer yeast infections. Cons: Feeling deprived, bad breath, other people constantly telling you how bad the diet is.
