Details: The Black Diamond Super 8 is an anodized, super-light and full-size figure 8 that works extremely well when rappelling. The Super 8's traditional shape allows the rope to smoothly flow with the perfect amount of friction for the task. The Super 8s design uses thinner diameters on the ends and thicker diameters towards the middle, making it light, durable and functional. For belaying, use the small hole for any size rope up to 11 millimeters. The Super 8 is perfect for climbs involving multiple rappels.
