The Cushioned Heat system gently reduces the temperature at the end of the drying cycle to prevent damaging clothes by overdrying. During tumbling, an electric sensor measures the amount of moisture in fabrics. The timer advances as the moisture in the fabrics decreases. A wide-opening hamper door allows you easy access, and the drop-down door even gives you room to fold clothes. The removable dry rack is perfect for drying tennis shoes, stuffed animals and other items that don't require tumbling. This model also features Kitchenaid's Quiet Care Sound Package.
