HX2 subwoofers utilizing the latest materials and construction techniques including Rockfords unique FIBERLock cone which is a combination of natural and regenerated cellulose fibers interlaced with a third, longer fiber. Combine this with three interactive bonding agents and you have a cone that is lightweight but extremely tough. This unique "paper composite" cone delivers superior sound quality and incredible durability. Aluminum formers allow the dual voice coils to shed heat like a radiator while the aerodynamically back vent allows the HX2 to pound longer and stay cooler. The CONsealer gasket covers up mounting screws and provides an airtight seal against the subwoofer enclosure baffle plate. Rockfords new oversized Santoprene BART surround and LXcursion proprietary cast frame team up to assure maximum cone travel and huge bass! |
