The Salton Hot Air Popcorn Popper economically produces unlimited quantities of air-popped popcorn without the extra fat of oil machines. To use, simply load kernels (up to 1/2 cup per batch) into the heating chamber, place plastic cover on top, and plug in the PC2. Heating begins immediately and popping is completed in less than four minutes. Popped corn is dispensed into a separate bowl (not included). If desired, additional batches can be popped right away. After several batches, the heating element may shut off to prevent overheating, although the fan will continue to run. After one to two minutes, popping will resume. Clear cover is vented to allow steam to escape and is molded to facilitate popcorn flow directly into bowl. Because there is no oil or butter to leave a greasy mess, cleanup is a breeze. You just wipe the base with a soft, dry cloth and wash cover in warm, soapy water. |
