The RD-XS32's 80GB Hard Disc Drive (HDD), similar to what is used in a personal computer, can store recorded broadcast programming and dubbed content. The RD-XS32 will allow high-speed dubbing from the HDD to a DVD-RAM, DVD-R or DVD-RW without any deterioration of the digital MPEG-2 signal and provides instant access to recorded programs.
