Much like its little brother, the PC-CAM 600 is a dual cam, a merging of webcam and digital camera features that allows users to get the best of both worlds so-to-speak. Creative boasts 1.3 MegaPixel shots, but this is done by interpolation only. Default capture resolution is 1024x768, but the camera allows for both 1280x960 (1.3 MegaPixels) and 640x480 shots as well. Video resolution maxes out at 640x480 when used as a webcam, and 352x288 when used as a video recorder. To store all these pictures, 16MB of on-board memory is included. Unfortunately, there's no external expansion on the camera, so you're stuck with 16MB |
