stay away from sunsplash tour they ruined our spring break to cancun mexico......what an awful trip....or flight was delayed two days 48 hours before we were scheduled to leave....then the hotel "The Aristos" had our room in the sub- basement in condemed rooms the hotel does not even use anymore...they lied about a fuel charge...it was fake....they were difficult to contact from mexico and never rturned any phone calls....we were promised 2 rooms and got only one...there is a pending investigation in CT w/ assistant District Attorney Sandra Arenas contact the office of consumer affairs or email me with any info and questions you may have and SAY NO TO SUNSPLASH OR ISLAND TOURS!
