I would not like to rate others review based on the past review. Because , unless and until you don't be critical of that person, he would become stale and would have a stagnant review.
Even I would expect the same from my fellow members , if my reviews are becoming bad or stale please feel to be critical but at the same time you need to tell me where I am going wrong or were should I improve.
In this knowledge world the only way of growing or make others grow is by sharing and by excepting CRITICISM as a way of growing. That's all!!! I know sometimes I get carried away.
