I've been working in restaurants since I was 17. I always hated it and couldn't wait until I graduated from college and could get out of that kind of work for good. Well things didn't work out like I planned and I decided one day to look into culinary school. That was 3 years ago.

I graduated from culinary school and began working in long term care facilities. I decided then to return to school to study dietetics. While in school I was hired as Executive Chef for a nursing facility and was preparing meals for 600 people with a staff of 20 to supervise.

I am married and have a beautiful baby girl. Most recently I've started my own business doing small catering jobs and decorating cakes in my home.
