What have I been doin? Let me assure you I'm still writing. Actually, I'm writing more than ever and better than ever, so much, I've pretty much given up reviews in favor of writing fiction, book promotion and blogs. About my writing

Since December 7th, 2006, I've had four novels and two short stories published and I have another novel in editing. My stories tend to be lighthearted, humorous and...oh yeah, with the exception of The Right Hand of Allah, erotic, so if you happen to read one you better have a pitcher of iced tea handy.

I continue to write. I am currently working on a a sequel to The Right Hand of Allah, entitled, A Woman of Valour and a sequel to Fortune Cookies, entitled The Fellowship of Eros.

Now for the real reason I'm telling you all this, other than my shameless plug. I actually miss writing reviews. There are lots of good albums out there and mediocre books I'd like to tell everyone about so I'm going to begin posting reviews again. The only thing is I can't spend the four or five hours to write a detailed in depth review, so the new reviews I will post will be leaner. I just thought I'd let you know in advance.

Hello everybody, I pretend to be a CUSTOM HOME DESIGNER and BUILDER and sometime WATERCOLOR PAINTER. I live in the most beautiful state in the union - ARIZONA. I'm fairly proficient at what I do (being artistic helps) when I do it and you can view some of my work at my website: WWW.DAUMCOMPANY.COM.

I have absolutely no musical talent but I do have a burning passion for good PROGRESSIVE, GOTHIC, EPIC POWERMETAL and SYMPHONIC MUSIC. I especially like female fronted groups such as WITHIN TEMPTATION, ARTROSIS and LACUNA COIL. unfortunately most of what I like these days is from Europe and almost all music I get is mail order.

I'm also a voracious reader.I like mystery/ adventure novels by many authors including MICHAEL CONNELLY, F PAUL WILSON, JOHN GRISHAM, NELSON DI MELLE, TOM CLANCY(not his surrogates), CARL HIASSEN(very funny guy), MICHAEL PALMER, DEAN KOONTZ, ROBIN COOK, GREG ILES, KEVIN MILLS and many, many more.

How I Rate

Very well thank you. Seriously, I follow the Golden Rule when I rate, so I give everybody VHs and if I could I'd give everybody MHs, however, I have been known to rate a particularly short, boring, disjointed or uninformative review lower, either H or SH, depending on how poorly written it may be.

Web of Trust

I never liked webs, they remind me of SPIDERS so I trust no one, unless you trust me, which means you're smart, so I trust you back. Make sense? Didn't think so. Any way if I trust you for some reason but you don't trust me, I know you're kinda dumb or a Bush supporter, who I seldom trust anyway so I change my mind. After all trust is a two way street. Make sense?
