I've been a homemaker and entrepreneur for the last 15 or so years. My ventures have included a bra boutique, web/graphic design, and over the last several years I've seen my freelance writing career truly blossom.
One of my favorite things to do is to pamper my husband :-). I like to try out new dishes especially cooking italian. When I cook a fancy dish my husband always says "remind me again why we go out to eat". We save lots of money eating at home and it is much more healthy. When I worked we'd eat out both for lunch and dinner - this was costly.
I also enjoy cleaning and keeping my home nice and tidy. It is important to me to have my husband come home to a good smelling, bright and freshly cleaned home after a hard days work. In order to do this I use fresh smelling cleaners and scented candles; but I am also conscious to use products that are environmentally safe and safe for my family. Because we are conscious about chemical cleaners, I dry clean and press my husbands suits and shirts.
Lastly, although my husband and I are not opposed to traditional medicine, we try to do our best to stay healthy and fight off sickness/disease through natural/holistic medicine.
