I recently retired after 30 years in broadcasting, most recently as a news director for an NBC affiliate in Omaha, NE. I moved to Florida to be near my children and grandchildren. My style of writing is more like a news editor because I'm used to dealing with the facts and taking a 60 minute interview and boiling it down to a 30-second sound-bite. I'm an open book and that's the way I write. I love e-mailing friends and wrting opinions. Lots of people are much better writers than I, but it's still fun to join in. ALSO...I cannot indent or create paragraphs on WEBTV...so please put up with my long paragraph epinions.
