Hi folks!
Want good product opinions? It depends on the reviewer's point of view. Here's mine.
I love electronic gadgets and always want the best; however, I can't always afford the top of the line. So, I shop, research and shop some more for the very best deals on the highest quality products (and check epinions of course).
My computer background begins in 1980 when I received an Apple IIe for Christmas when I was 13. I'm now 38 years old and have owned several systems over the years. My first PC was a Wyse 286 with a whopping 17 MHz processor and a monster 40 MB (not GB) hard drive. Those were the glory days of DOS. My first Windows PC was a 75 MHz Packard Bell POS. Today I'm working on my quickly aging Gateway Intel P4 2.0 GHz machine.
I make my living as a commercial real estate appraiser. I also own and maintain several websites involved in affiliate marketing and I ocassionally sell items on eBay.
I grew up with computers and find them indispensable. I use digital cameras, printers, copiers, fax machines, measuring tools and other gadgets in my job as an appraiser. I subscribe to (and recommend) XM satellite radio, TiVo and DirecTV. Overall, I'm a complete techie geek and just can't get enough.
I sincerely hope the reviews I provide here on epinions will help you make a wise purchase decision that works for you. Remember, you don't always have to buy the latest and greatest today. Buy "yesterday's" greatest product, be satisfied and save $$$.
One tip - after you make your purchase, don't shop for it anymore. It will only depress you as tech item prices drop so fast these days. You'll say to yourself, "If I had only waited 30 more days." - but, think about this - you deprived yourself of the pleasure of owning the item to save maybe only a few dollars. If you find a great deal though, you might check back in a month to find that the price is still the same. Then it feels good.
Good luck in finding your favorite items at great prices. Epinions.com and Shopping.com are great places to start.
Best Regards,
Eben Bryant
