But seriously, I'm a sensible Libertarian, and just this side of the fringe. When I'm passionate about something, I usually have a sound reason for it (except my tongue-in-cheek dislike of the French, which is completely irrational, but then again so are they).
I rate opinions based on whether I AGREE with the person or not. If I have given you a "somewhat recommended" rating, that means I disagree with you, but I respect the way you present your opinion. If I Recommend your opinion, it might mean that I agree with your opinion, but took issue with how you communicated it (bad spelling or grammar), or that I only semi-agreed with you. If I Highly Recommend you, that means I totally agree with you, or I don't have an opinion on the subject but I enjoyed reading your opinion.
