Hey everyone! It's neat to read your reviews and then type some of my own. I have a hoot here at Epinions.com.
My life unfortunately consists of the Greater Toronto Area, or as we all here put it, the GTA. I have been here most of my life, minus one year recently in the beautiful and perfectly sized North Bay, one year in Newmarket, and two years in the near outskirts of Toronto, Markham.
I work as a Mobile Security Officer, and hope soon to become a police officer outside of Toronto. My fiance and I are marrying soon, and can't wait to leave the city again.
A lot of people think that being mostly from the city, that it's strange I don't share the same enthusiasm as they do when it comes to city life. I never had an interest. I just need to work here for now.
I have an older brother that I hang out with, as well as my beauty fiance, and friend 'Dumont'. We end up going bowling, to the movies or drive inn, or just for long walks along the quiet suburb streets we live in. And when there's time off, it's off to a cottage (we always love that), a train trip through Ontario, and other rural stuff.
Most of the time, I'm either working on a new song (I write a lot), listening to music (lots of 50's stuff and all types of country), or watching a movie.
My other two hobbies are 50's nostalgia, and the weird (?) hobby....flashlights. I collect them, and I like to walk around the backyard a lot and just go looking around for toads, or just wandering around my fiance's parents really big lot at night near Sudbury, staring at the stars with my girl.
I am the optimistic pessimist, and always think of the traps to avoid before I get into anything. Yeah, I can worry a lot. Bad for your health. People say that I'll make a good cop, since I can still make a quick decision under pressure, and my cautious nature, they say, makes me clever and sly. I agree, but it can give me a headache at times.
