Highly Reccomended	I will give any opinion a HR as long as they answer all my questions about a certan product. i also look to see if they include their own personal experiences with a product.
Reccomended	I will give a opinion a R if they answer MOST of my questions (if they left out vital answers). Also they may have given a BS'd personal story.
Somewhat Reccomended	I give SR to people that I believe did well, but didnt answer nearly all my questions. It would be a NR but I believe that they knew what they were talking about.
Not Reccomended	i give NRs to opinions that answered none of my questions, may have been off topic, and is an outright disgrace to the article/epinions.
