I am no longer regularly and actively participating at Epinions. I made the decision a couple years ago to only occasionally post a review or search for an epinion, instead of constantly reading and rating and posting my own reviews. Active involvement just takes me away from homeschooling and raising my children, spending time with my husband, and taking care of my home. So long, and I hope my existing reviews and occasional new ones continue to be a help.
My name is Heather. I am, first and foremost, a Christian. My faith in Christ is something that influences every aspect of my life, and I desire to grow in holiness each day.
I am blessed to have been married to a wonderful husband for 8 years now. We're in our late 20s. My husband is a mechanical engineer working for a small start-up company.
We have 4 children: a son (al. 7) and 3 daughters (al. 5, 3, and 1). We will take as many more as the Lord gives us. We are expecting our fifth child in Jan '09. We are a homeschooling family.
I enjoy baking/cooking (more of a challenge now since for health reasons I must avoid wheat, gluten, dairy, and beans), sewing, and spending time with my family. We also live in a rural setting and have a garden and laying hens.
