I'm Jeff. I'm a writer/producer/director for Impact Productions, a film/video production company based in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
My reviewing style is different than many expect and not necessarily for everyone. Most readers simply look for a concise "Is it good or not" spiel. Those are fine, but that's not what I offer. My reviews are discussionary essays. They can get rather lengthy at times, but if I feel the subject warrants such discussion, I'll take the liberty.
But through it all, you won't see me spewing spoilers (not without warning, anyway) and my plot recaps will be brief and not exceed a film's premise.
My reviews aren't recommendations; they're thoughts on a film. I hope they provoke you to think, too. If not, then dear Lord, what's the point?
