About NYCattitude
|
I work for an architectural lighting design firm in NYC with projects all over the world, although a great many are here in NYC. For those of you who don't know, lighting design is an integral part of architecture and interior design. I work with the concepts of a project design team to input lighting specific ideas and see these ideas through to construction. Although I am not involved with electrical installations, my designs are more successful when I understand the requirements of the field.
I was born and raised in NYC, Manhattan, and I have lived in Brooklyn since I returned to the Rotten Apple after college. I really love NY and it doesn't bother me at all to be a small fish in a big sea.
I'm in my late twentys and it doesn't look like I'm going to retire at 30 with a million dollars in the bank.
ABOUT TRUST... Hey, you wrote a great set of reviews. You've opened my eyes about a product or service and you've told me a little about yourself in your writing. Reviews rarely get HRs from me unless it's a "look no further" level of review. It's difficult to cover everything and write a comprehensive review. It's best to focus on one or two aspects you want to discuss. I find that a focused review is a better review. Smart consumers will surf around anyway. Just give them something to consider, rather than a reason to click elsewhere.
ABOUT DISTRUST... So far, the people I distrust have written devilishly creative reviews, entertaining to read but for the most part, their reviews are not decision making tools.
