Reid McTaggart has over 20 years experience in research and consulting, including 13 at Arthur Andersen. From 1999-2002 he focused exclusively on mergers. In that arena he served as PMO support, integrated master schedule director, knowledge manager, and integration team facilitator. Reid managed several large-scale risk assessments and process improvement projects for chemical weapons destruction and treaty compliance. He has served clients in many industries.
Reid was a founding member of Andersen¡¦s first real estate consulting practice outside of Washington, D.C., and has been involved in most aspects of real estate market and financial analysis, including portfolio valuation, development feasibility studies, fiscal and economic analysis of urban projects and annexations, and public / private finance. Clients included investors, corporations, financial institutions, governments and public agencies across the USA and in Europe, Scandinavia and Australia.
Reid also has extensive experience in project management, scheduling, and quantitative risk analysis. He has served as a guest lecturer in Graduate Economics for the University of Houston and was formerly a Senior Associate at an urban research subsidiary of Rice University.
