I'm beginning to notice that there are some people who have given my reviews lesser accolades than other ones which are OBVIOUSLY worse. I'll give an example.
One of my reviews was given a "Recommended". Now, you may think that's not a bad rating, but I personally strive to hit "Highly Recommended" with each one - I don't want to deliver crap to the masses. I didn't think the review warranted a "Recommended", so I looked to see how this person had rated other reviews.
He had "Highly Recommended" reviews that just barely hit 100 words, contained multiple spelling errors, and offered the reader very little information on the product. And I'M getting "Recommended"? Are you ill?
What's my point? Pick a set of standards for rating and adhere to them. I didn't do anything retaliatory; this person had nothing I cared to rate. I'm not on here to commit acts of vengeance.
But believe you me - I'm paying attention. I keep seeing situations like this, and I'm going to start REALLY ranting. This is minor.
