How I rate, something that's on everybody's profile just about! Ok so here's how I rate your opinions:
HR: Great! Spectacular! Like nothing else! Or I just plain loved it.

REC: Pretty darn good. Really informed me about the product/subject.

SR: Well...It did tell something about the product/subject and wasn't all that bad, but could still use some improvement.

NR: Terrible! Horrible! Needs major construction buddy!

WOT and WOD. Very powerful things around here, wouldn't you say? So just how the heck do you get on my WOT? There's a few ways.

#1. You have lots of very detailed and informative opinions. Kudos!

#2. You and me both like the same kinds of things. For instance, am I going to trust somebody who hates all my favorite TV shows and websites? MaYbE...but I'd rather trust somebody who likes all the same things as me, so if they like something I'll probably like it to!

Now for the dreaded WOD...ooooh aaaah. So how do you get on THAT thing? You have to make me pretty dang mad! Maybe I don't like any of the same things you do, and you put down every single thing I like! In that case, nothing personal but I'm not going to trust you. I'll try not to rate opinions depending on that sort of thing, but hey who said anything about having to trust them?
Another way you get on my WOD is if you're constantly writing bad opinions that have nothing to do with the subject (although I'll let the communist penguins of Antarctica slide because it was too funny!)
