This journey I am taking is one that sometimes I am amazed at how far I have come upon this yellow brick road that life has dealt me. I play the singer/songwriter card. Me and melody had an affair one day and got married. I am the female version of melody also known as Melodiaz. Together we sojourn the blazing streets of New York City holding hands and dancing in the midst of a storm.
Rhythmically I step up to the plate and let the winds take me to the flow of movement that drifts with the wind. Sounds of many genres are thrown towards my bat but what I swing to the most is Gospel. I sing in a choir, direct a children's choir and sing wherever the urge gets me. Some people don't understand our passion for each other but love has everything to do with it because I've been anointed with the ear,voice and craftmanship to conceive lyrical navigations.
I love to write. one of my favorite stores is Staples. The other is Border's because I consider myself a Bibliophilist. I indulge in loads of poetry and write some. I can write a rhyme but flowing it sounds crazy. I produced a 14-track album, I Believe and by faith, it will climb to higher mountains.
Epinions is such a great website and I feel so blessed to be a part of a writing community. It helps me as a writer when I read works of others and see their strengths but it also helps me to flow with creative energy and to use it in a positive way.
