I was born and raised in South Philadelphia. I try not to let that fact cloud my judgment...you see, many Philadelphians are very provincial, refusing to even acknowledge that there is more to the world than their little patch of concrete. I have been lucky enough to travel a bit in my younger days, and I have had many fine experiences. However, (and this is NOT an excuse, merely fact), since I got married in 1995, my travels have been reduced to near nothing. Since I like to dabble in writing, Epinions has been a great find for me, but I feel kind of restrained, since all I can really write about are albums, movies, sporting events, and my local area. As fine as my memories are, I don't think anyone wants to read my views on Disney World or Las Vegas circa 1992. I can't post as frequently as I'd like, but I do read many of your opinions, and I try to be fair. When my life permits me, I enjoy writing, and I hope you enjoy reading it.
