A Little About Me: I am a bit irreverent, too blunt, occasionally funny, and relatively intelligent. I don't deal well with idle chatter. I do, however, have a tendency to babble. Then again, I am usually subject to change on a daily basis.
I am an avid reader of sci-fi and fantasy and myth and historical novels. I’m currently rereading a series by George R. R. Martin. I also like Robin Hobb, C. S. Friedman, Jeanne Carvelos, Peter Watts, and many others I can’t think of right now. I also like comics. DC mostly, Marvel on occasion, and various independent comic books. Wonder Woman is my favorite, but I enjoy Witch Blade, Super Girl, Birds of Prey, and recently I've been introduced to Emma Frost (Marvel). I’m way into films. I like to watch and critique almost anything that comes to the big screen. My boyfriend says I’m a movie tramp (I thinks he really thinks I’m just a tramp, but he’ll never admit it).
Also, I enjoy building the occasional couch-fort, discussing random topics, having picnics in the woods, climbing trees, and splashing around in puddles. I am also pretty spontaneous, so I'm usually willing to experience most things once.
I like to work out when I wake up. I like to drive cars with a stick-shift (they make a cool vroom-vroom noise). I'm an excellent cook and I'm a bit of a klutz. I enjoy observing people and theorizing about personal perspective. Pretentious, aren't I?
