So you're the newbie in town
Welcome, I suppose you are wondering what secret I have to writing long, informative reviews here on epinions. The answer: always type the review in a word processor in a single-spaced format.
Ok, maybe that's not the advice you were looking for, but my life story is too boring to get into and I couldn't figure out how to start off this profile page.
As you have probably guessed from reading my opinions, I am a computer programmer by trade. I especially like to delve into computer games as they are constantly pushing computer hardware to the limits of its operation. Of course being a part-time webmaster and a full-time college student, I have very little time to indulge myself in programming games (except as a once-in-a-while hobby).
Though I don't have very many opinions here, it is not for lack of effort. I spend a great deal of time and effort into the product reviews I write (though I tend to enjoy writing in the Member Advice sections more than product reviews) and thus prefer quality over quantity. Unfortunately, that outlook affords very few monetary awards on this site. That's OK though, as long as there are a few people here who love to read my articles I can live with the effort I put into them.
And yes, I do read other member's opinions. Actually, I prefer to do this as it tends to be much easier to read someone else's work then to create my own.
Man, am I boring or what?
Review I'm most proud of: Octohippie, a review on "No One Lives Forever"

A series of articles that present several tidbits of information to help both novice and advanced computer users. Sometimes reading a little blurb here and there is the only thing that separates those who have control of the beast and those who use it as a paperweight. |
