Bad Experience!!! Don't be fooled by great reviews. Placed my order 2 weeks ago but have NOT received the item yet. Talked customer service to check the status of my order. Customer service then instructed me to contact the carrier directly, carrier informed me that they lost track of the package and will contact me back. Haven't heard from them yet. Hopefully, I'll get it soon.

I placed my order with Raphael Pena, immediately received e-mail confirmation and a letter and a tracking number. Accuracy, communication,customer service and price could not be better.

Excellent website, free delivery no tax in Calif.
Called to see if had computer in stock, quickly spoke with Conrad. He told me a discount was available, gave it to me and said product would be delivered in 4 business days.

Overall it came to be my lowest price and best service on a rather messed up process with lower priced advertisers who didn't have it stock, told me product discontinued, etc.

I ordered an Avanti refrigerator from them and was pleased by the customer assistance via the online text exchange (though a bit slow but effective) and good condition it arrived due to the more than adequate packing. I will purchase from them again.

My family has been a loyal customer for nearly 20 years with multiple purchases of all our electronics and appliances. We purchased everything from a plasma TV to washer and dryer to air conditioner to cordless phones and vacuum cleaners. You name it --- they've got it. Abt Electronics consistently offers quality products at extremely competitive prices. The best part is that they also offer free local delivery --- often next day here in Chicago. Their professional and uniformed drivers (in their clearly marked Abt delivery trucks) are very polite, accommodating and careful to deliver your purchase, remove it from the carton/box, and even plug it in to demonstrate it works. Often the bricks and mortar store offers open box and demo sales at great prices. You can purchase a warranty for a fair amount and have the assurance that Abt will honor it efficiently. Abt Electronics exceeds our expectations, receives numerous national and local awards for their customer service and for that we will remain loyal customers.

I buy everything on the net. I called to inquire about delivery cost and the drop off point of a clothes dryer I was interested in. I gave my zip code and was told that standard shipping ($78) would include one flight of stairs. I went back to the web site and could not find this explicitly stated. Called back next day and was told that I now had to pay for "white glove" delivery at $178!!!. That is a whopping $100 for someone to carry the dryer to my basement where my washer is. (I do not need other installation help). This brings the total cost above what local merchants would charge (and they would have removed my old dryer). Buyer beware! Never trust a merchant who is not up front with hidden delivery charges. God only knows what else I would have had to pay for if I had placed the order the first time I called.

The very best experience. I was really up against a wall as a local retailer here in Boston called the day before a new GE Monogram stove was to be delivered to tell me it was out of stock. Abt had it in stock (although at a higher price), and was able to have it delivered here in a week. Tristam, the rep, was incredibly helpful and diligent.

I can't say enough good things, and I am not one to gush.

I had purchased a roper washing machine on the first of June and it was finally delivered on the 20th of June. I had to track down the delivery comapny and continually call them on the day of delivery. I was quoted a time of 10am to 1pm and it finally arrived after continual calls to customer service by 5pm. This time frame by both ABT and the delivery company is unacceptable in our modern day times.

I have used this seller three times, the most recently 1-31-06. Delivery has always been prompt, and the products have been as described. Their prices are often very competitive when shipping is taken into account. An excellent on-line seller.

I have to say this store has great service and products. I have bought many items from Abt and have received the best customer service. I am keeping in mind Christmas is coming and I have a big family to shop for. Abt I will be be back!

Ordered from them once, no problems. Tried to place another order, logged in to my account, wouldn't accept my shipping address after having no problems the first time. My address is not standard UPS, but usually I can confirm my address and move on with checkout. I receive UPS deliveries all the time. Did a live chat with a CSM, she told me to call in my order. If you want to have web ordering, have web ordering! I can't speak so how am I supposed to call? Won't order from this place again.

This is a great store. They were the only ones to have the D300 in stock, and at the market price. I called them to confirm whether they did have it in stock and they assured me it was so. I placed the order online and within three days the product was at my doorstep. The reps I talked to never tried to hardsell and were very helpful. In all, a very positive experience. Highly recommended!!

Had a little snafu because I ordered a range for myself online, but my mom paid for it. The confusion came in billing contact vs. delivery contact. Ordering # is not same as invoice number so reference point was difficult. Email customer service not that great. BUT, once things were straightened out delivery was quick-- 2 days (in total 6 calendar days).

I ordered a Sony Cybershot P93 from Abt Electronics by phone on Monday. The sales person (Brian) was helpful. The camera was at a great price with free shipping. It arrived by UPS on Wednesday.

What more can you ask for? These guys are excellent!

Bought a GE cooktop from then arrived no problem ...then I staring receiving multiple phoe calls from people claiming to be "marketing partners' of them and they had my Mastercard details ...I told them I wasnt interested in their "$2a month" magazine but they have started to steal money from my Citibank account .....

THIS IS THEFT AND FRAUD PLAIN AND SIMPLE ...STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE THEY SELL YOUR CREDIT CARD DETAILS ....CITIBANK ARE INVESTIAGTING THEM AS ARE THE POLICE
