I brought a few items online from Armani Exchange on Jan 31, 2009 about 5 items totalling $100. I returned 4 items on Feb 4, 2009 by mail. Todays date is April 16, 2009 and I have not received a refund from them till today. I have called 6 times so far and still waiting for my refund. The first time I called a spanish customer service picked up the phone and I had to repeat every word 3 times for her to understand. I dont think anyone should shop online in this store. I would give them a big Zero for customer satisfaction.

The website claims free and easy returns, even to the store. This is completely not the case if using Google checkout. I wasted my time by going to the store only to find out that they don't take Google Checkout items back. They would not provide a shipping label on time if you loose the original label that came in the package, so now I have to pay for my own return shipping. Customer Service treats you as though you committed a crime by using the Google service.
Hopefully I can get my money back in the next couple of months as stated on their website: "Additionally, please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement from the time your refund is processed at A|X." This is just ridiculous in this day and age! Go to the store and save yourself the headache.

Armani Exchange is so expensive and the online store is the best way to find the cutest sale items. I like how you can really look at what you want and zoom in.

Out of my last three orders online two did not made it to me., I have been calling Armani Exchange customer service since past 30 days to get updates on the goods, every time I call they will say we have accelerated the request to the cooperated office and someone will get back to me in 24 hours but have not heard from them yet. I guess I have to call my credit card company to get the issue resolved. The clothing’s excellent, price high and service very poor.

In response to a 30% off everything (except watches) email, I attempted to place an online order, but the promo code (AXGUEST) was not accepted. An email to Customer Service resulted in an email response telling me to place the order, then call Customer Service to process a refund for the 30%. Got only a run-around from Customer Service, then told to expect an email within 48 hours. When the email never arrived and since the order was over 72 hours old, I called to cancel the order, which they refused. When I told the rep the order would be refused and my credit would not pay, she became verbally abusive, so I hung up.
Website is glitchety, promo codes aren't accepted, Customer Service is non-existent, reps are snooty and verbally abusive.
A/X has some very nice products but they clearly don't cater to customers, either online or by phone.
