HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE! This company has ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I Ordered 2 car seats and only received 1. When trying to contact their "customer service" via telephone to find out what has happened, some how I cannot find a live person to talk to. I must leave a message and hope and/or pray someone will call me back (which no one has done). I have tried to contact them via email and of course I get ZERO RESPONSE.

I have since issued a dispute with my credit card company since they have someone in their customer service who can help me.

Don't even think about ordering from this clip joint! What a rip-off! Customer service is virtually no existent (try and average of 1 hour on hold, and once it approached 2 hours !!!) we were told our order shipped and it was charged to our credit card, 2 weeks later it still had not shipped. It took another 2 weeks to cancel the order and finally get our card credited. They tried to blame the 2 week delay on FedEx's inability to scan their packages! Come on! For 2 weeks, we're talking about FedEx!! What a joke, don't waste your time or you money with this company!!!

Absolutely the worst. No return policy, customer service is a nightmare, they can't tell you order status, items can take months to ship, and if you try to cancel an order it turns into a nightmare. Their website and e-mail communications with customer service are a joke, and their personnel are rude and not helpful. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Horrible experience and no customer service. I'd like to call them thieves. Check the Better Business Bureau - they were just ejected from the BBB for their practices and have had 130 customer complaints lodged with the BBB within the last 12 months and almost 200 in the last few years.

DON'T LISTEN TO THE GREAT REVIEWS!!!! READ ALL THE PROBLEMS OTHER SHOPPERS ARE HAVING!! THOSE ARE THE REAL REVIEWS!!!!

I placed an order and received an email that the item was shipped by fedex. Fedex shows no item was received by them. It has been over a week since I placed the order. According to their website, the item is shipped the next business day. I tried calling and emailing customer service. You will either get a busy signal or no answer. Yes, they bill you for the item. Who needs such hassles with a baby to deal with. This vendor needs to reported and taken off the web!!!!

Their return policy is EVIL! If the item is taken out of the shipping packaging, you can only get store credit. If it's used, you're pretty much SOL.

When I called customer service, they dropped my call the first time, then I had to wait on hold again!

My recommendation: If you can possibly get your item at a local retailer you're way better off!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I ordered a Britax carseat online Jan. 5. On Jan. 12 I received an e-mail confirmation that my order had shipped and was given a FedEx tracking number. After not receiving the carseat by Jan. 17, I tried to call customer service. . .No one answers! I called 10 times yesterday and never spoke to anyone. There's a voicemail box to leave a message, but so far no response.

I've tried e-mail. . .they're returned unanswered. I've tried the fax number, which won't go through!

So, I called FedEx to find out if the item has shipped. . .the tracking number does not exist!

My credit card has already been charged for the order. This is looking a lot like fraud in my opinion.

I had the worst shopping experience ever!!! Don't buy from them. They CANNOT BE TRUSTED! I ordered 3 things thinking that I could trust them (rated a trusted store with 4 1/2 marks from shopping.com - However, now I see a lot of other people had the same problems by bizrate.com reviewers). Well, the confirmation was correct and the delivery speed was satisfactory, but when it arrived the order was NOT right. They sent me 3 of just one of my items. I've tried to call, but was on hold for an hour! I've emailed them numerous times with no response. I WILL NEVER BUY from them again!

The WORST Internet Shopping Experience EVER!

BabyAge.com is the worst Internet shopping experience I've ever had. Do NOT order anything from this company!I placed an order with this company on 1/5. I spoke to a customer service agent on 1/7 regarding my order. I was assured that my car seats would ship within one business day. Now the web site saids the seats are on backorder. However, my credit card was charged on 1/6. I attempted to contact BabyAge and was placed on hold for one hour! Nobody ever answered. Emails to the company have gone unanswered. I even left a voicemail on the Media Relations Contact phone. Nobody has returned my call. I finally called my credit card company to dispute the charge. This company should be ashamed for taking people's money and not supplying the product. It's called theft and it's against the law.

THEY REFUSE ALL RETURNS- Horrible Customer Service!

FRAUDULENT RETURN POLICY- Do not buy anything from them. They won't accept anything "used, installed, or applied" as a return. They consider touching the item to "apply" or "use" it. I bought a car seat- as soon as we took it out of the box we knew it was probably too big, but decided to give it a chance and place it in our car to see how it looked. We immediately took it out- did NOT use or install, but they consider this "applying" it. Ridiculous! There are many other sites with "no questions asked" return policies for 30 days (as long as it's not soiled, etc- try elitecarseats.com or specialtybaby.com)- buy from these other sites. The customer service reps just stonewall and tell you that it's to "protect their customers"- BS- it's just to avoid taking returns.

Be aware of their return policy. They will refuse a return if product is open and they can't resell it back. In which case most products are, since you have to open it to try it. We bought a baby jumper. The baby didn't like to be in the jumper. I was told this is not returnable. Will never deal with them ever again.

I ordered two car seats from Baby Age. When they arrived the boxes were in terrible condition - torn and smashed. There is no effort on the part of Baby Age to better prepare the merchandise for shipment than as they receive it from the manufacturer. The accessories were even missing from one box. Customer service personnel were condescending and rude. When I asked to speak with the person in charge Matilda transferred me into her own voice mail. Another representative lied to me. After speaking with a rep. about my missing accessories, she said that harness covers were not included. I called Evenflo myself, spoke to the same representative that Baby Age did and the woman at Evenflo assured me that it was included and added it to my order, which was then shipped directly from Evenflo. (Thank you Evenflo.) I could never recommend this store to anyone.

The worst on line experience!! They only have east coast hours and I left messages and e-mails that were not returned. I ordered a baby stroller and infant insert. The stroller arrived ontime with no instructions or manufacturer warrentee. The insert was recommended and does not fit. The company takes on no responsibility for recommending an item that does not fit. I was not able to get a real person on the phone for over 30 days and they will not take the product back.

I placed an order on August 4th and it is now October 25th and I STILL have not received. BabyAge has never called or emailed me to let me know it is back ordered but I've called them numerous times to find out the status. Each time I'm told that it's "shipping" and will arrive in a couple of weeks. Well it's three months later and still no order so I tried to cancel because it's obviously not "shipping" and am told I can't cancel. This company takes no responsibility for orders and does nothing to accommodate customers. Beware if you order! I will never purchase anything again based on their incompetence and poor customer service. I'm no longer holding my breathe for that order.

terrible, scam, should not be in business

While my purchasing experience was smooth my return experience is anything but. I purchased a glider stool that I expected would match the glider chair that I already owned. Unfortunately the picture on their website of the fabric was a gross misrepresentation.

When I requested and RA# for the product I was told that since I opened the shipping container that I could not receive credit to my credit card. I explained that there was no way I could determine if I was satisfied with the product unless I opened the box it was shipped in and that the item still had all original plastic attached to it and had not been used. I was still told the same.

This site is clearly a scam do not order from them.

I got on I picked the car seat I wanted (with help from reviews) and I ordered it. It was pretty simple. It was here sooner than expected and it was fine. The box was beat up a bit but it didn't affect the merchandise so no problem.

This was a smooth purchase. The product arrived promptly and in good condition. The price was also $10 lower than the cheapest price I found anywhere else, plus shipping was only $3.95 - a great bargain. I was very pleased.

Not sure if I would shop there again. I had wrapping included in my order. I paid an extra 5.00 thinking I would have a nice wrapped package. There was paper on it but nothing else!! I still have to go get a bow, ribbon or something to dress it up so it does not look like a cheap package! I did e-mail them complaining about the way the package was wrapped for what I paid and I never got any reply back. Poor customer service!!!!
