Horrible service. They sell merchandise that they don't have

Horrible service. They sent me an e-mail saying that the product that I ordered was mailed to me. I received it 3 weeks later and it wasn't even what I ordered. I had to call a million times and got different answers each time. They were not able to provide the product that I purchased and they made me deal with the manufacturer directly because they said that it was not their fault. I am still waiting for somebody to pick up the box and return my money. The product that I ordered is still on their web site and people can purchase it even though the manufacturer does not make it any more. Do not buy anything from this website, it is not reliable.

TERRIBLE, HORRIBLE, NO GOOD, VERY BAD COMPANY!

Run! Run now before you end up on hold with customer lack-of-service! They are a terrible company and have horrible employees who flat-out LIE about your orders! I ordered my son's entire bedding set from them and it took MONTHS before it arrived, after months of phone calls and LIES just like the other people wrote about. "It just arrived in our warehouse, it will ship today or tomorrow!" And then the next call, "I don't know who you spoke with, but they were mistaken. The manufacturer goofed up all of our orders and they didn't send enough. Your items were sent to another person who ordered the same thing, but before you did." Lie after lie. I also reported them to the BBB - there are THOUSANDS of reports to the BBB about them - amazing. I finally - after 8 MONTHS - got a $22.90 refund for "my troubles" on a $220.99 purchase. Never order from them!!

The product was delivered in a timely matter, but it was not what was advertised. The print on the stroller was a different pattern than what they had in their picture, which was important to me as I had to match accompanying accessories, (also from Baby Age, in the same order). Not only did I not get reimbursed for the shipping to me, but I had to pay the return shipping costs. Very poor customer service too, not helpful at all. Now I am empty handed and out $25.00

Worst E-Store so far on my experience

Bought a Highchair for my daughter and never got a tracking number and when I called 3 weeks after my purchase they had no record what so ever on why my product hadn't been shipped. I had to call the manufacturer directly (which only took me 2 minutes) to find out what they couldn't solve in 4 days Won't use this store anymore!

Terrible e-merchant. Shipped 3 damaged tables, took 8+ weeks to issue credit and then refused to refund shipping charges. Customer Service is very abrasive and apathetic. Shop at your own risk.

My most impressed with the price of the carseat compared to other merchants such as babiesRus. The carseat was like 30 to 40 dollars cheaper along with free shipping. Thank you and I will be shopping there again.

This was the first time that I have ordered any products from babyage, and I was very pleased with the whole process. I had to buy more babyproofing items and not only were they easy to find on the website, but they were actually on sale too! I loved the flat rate shipping for the entire order, and my order was even delivered earlier than I expected (& on a Saturday)!!! I've already told many of my friends about this great baby website.

I was very pleased with BabyAge's website, processing and prices. However, of the three gates that I ordered, one is now on back order (that was not mentioned when I purchased it) and a second arrived damaged. The website's customer service is spotty, phone calls were not returned and I had to send an email to find out how to return my gate. I was told that FedEx would come to pick up my shipment for replacement. Now, a week and several emails later, the damaged gate (which cost $170.00!!) is still packaged and sitting in my living room waiting for FedEx to come pick it up. And my credit card still has the charge on it. I am VERY unhappy.

BabyAge had the item I wanted at half the price of the other sites and I was able to receive free shipping, making it a much better deal than buying the product in town. Their speed made it easy and convienent.

I ordered Combi Travel Savvy Umbrella Stroller from Baby Age.com. The stroller on the web site is a different color than the one I received. The one I received was all blue(Navy Dot). The one on web site had silver bars and white trim around the canopy. I wanted the one depicted on the web site. I was disapointed that I received the same model but a different color. What you see is what you should get!

Bizarre attitude to Canadian customers, supposedly due to online fraud -- had to phone them to confirm, after ordering AND PAYING online. Then got no acknowledgement that order would ship, until I phoned them again. Not the most pleasant experience I've had ordering from U.S. retailers.

We were extremely happy with our purchase of the Evenflo filters. We tried to purchase them at Babies R Us first but they were out of stock. The price was a little higher but we got the filters the next day.
