When I ordered the product was in stock. But within few hours I received a mail the it was backordered and it would be in stock within 7 days. I waited for 7 days, then I received a mail saying if required I could cancel my order since they are facing unexpected delays. Their low-price guarantee was not honored. After ordering my hand-held PDA, I found two different sites with the same item at lower prices/lower or no shipping costs. I told Clearance Club about it (via e-mail) and the response was, that they could not sell their merchandise at those low prices. However, they did give me the option to cancel my order. After I had already confirmed my order with them, I then asked them to at least upgrade my shipping, which they also refused. The overall satisfaction with this shopping experience is marginally acceptable. I am very disappointed that they promise a low-price guarantee which they refuse to honor when called upon. I consider that false advertising, and wonder about their trustworthyness. Read more
