Be Careful! I ordered a scanner that was defective and I paid to have it shipped back, just asking for an exact exchange. Now I'm being told that there is nothing wrong with the scanner and there may be a re-stocking fee. Why would I send back a product that worked perfectly? I feel that I'm being scammed and I may have to call a lawyer.

Business for these guys must be real good as I never managed to get a reply out of them (and neither did someone I mentioned them to) maybe you are just meant to sneak by their place at midnight and throw the cash through the door, as they never replied to me I guess I will never find out!

This is the worst company I have dealt with so far as far as internet shopping is concerned. I called the company to ask them questions regarding a ATI-9800 pro Mac edition graphics card. They told me that the one on their site will work with Mac. So I went ahead and ordered the card. When I received the graphics card, no where on the box or on the documentation did it say that it was for a Mac. so I called them back and told them about it regarding the mis-communication. They told me to return the card and they would refund me the full amount (Spoke with Alena Manager of returns). I did not opent the box or unwrap the card from its package. The seal was unbroken. I returned everything back to them at my expense (shippng). I paid them $144.81 and they only refunded me $114.11. They kept $30.00. What a rip off company and what a way to make a profit.
Folks do not do any business with this company. They are a fraud, and use unethical business practice.

Had called to check on availability of other items NOT on web page,and found they don't carry them. All others were clearly marked and indicated stocking situation. Pricing OK, and good assortment of products.
