My family and I have made several purchases through Crutchfield. They have the best customer service of any retailer I have used at any time. Their tech advisors and customer service representatives are readily available. The cost is sometimes slightly more than "the best deal" but, believe me, it is the best deal in the long run! You don't have to worry about any hassle if there is a problem.

Pleasant and professional. Have been buying high-end electronics for over a quarter century and trust very few when it comes to sales and service. CRUTCHFIELD provided all the right stuff. Plenty of web site information. In stock messaging, security call; tracked the package from Roanoke to San Francisco through Oakland one day faster than their own estimate! Package was in tact, full of peanuts and the CS777ES was perfect. Then the wiring explanations, return instructions, labeling instructions, paperwork and home theater glossary were over the top. Only suggestion I would have put the paperwork in a plastic sleeve. CRUTCHFIELD even added a Sony updated warranty that extended the product out to five years! I appreciated they didn't have to do that.

While I like a good deal as much as the next person, I'll take my electronics more expensive as long as they last and there is someone to back up the product who sold it to me. CRUTCHFIELD passed my critical first test; we'll be doing more business together.

Pretty fast delivery, everything came as described, they had the best on-line chat customer service, professionals for sure, considering the extra dash kit & harness & other freebies they include, no other online store can come close to their prices if you add all the extra's. Highly recommended if you want the peace of mind of having a valid warranty since crutchfield is an authorized internet dealer.

I recently placed 2 different orders with Crutchfield. Their prices were a little higher than other mail order companies but there was no shipping charge for orders over $200 which could easily offset this (actually my second order was around $198 but they still gave me the free shipping). I found their service was excellent. I didn't have to wait long on the phone for an order taker and when I got one, both times they were very courteous & knowledgeable about the products. What I liked best was that they were able to ship my order by US Mail which enabled me to get my delivery at my PO Box to pick up at my convenience instead of having to be home for a scheduled delivery. In both cases, my order was at my PO
Box in only 2 days after placing my order.

I purchased Sony DVP-CX985V from them and tech support was really helpful regarding dimensions before purchase (they actually opened a unit to tell me where the feet were!). These guys are great and I've never had any problems with purchases from them. Also they pack the components in popcorn so while the boxes are huge, the components arrive undamaged.

Excellent! I have shopped with Crutchfield for Car Audio equipment thrice now, and each time has been a very pleasant experience. Online shopping at some e-stores is like pulling teeth. The only downside to come to mind would be the price is sometimes higher than your best value online, but the customer service is far worth it in my opinion. Just look around for coupons/special offers w/ Google. Very easy price adjustments and no hassle returns makes this e-tailer your best choice for audio equipment.
