Subwoofer was backordered from JL Audio. Crutchfield initially estimated a few weeks for delivery. JL drop shipped the unit in about a week. I am very pleased with Crutchfield and look forward to ordering from them again.

Overall, I think Crutchfield is a good merchant as this is my second experience with them. This last experience is frustrating because I was not informed that I would need to be home to sign for the shipment. I would have given a business address instead because I am rarely home. They are currently shipping another order by next day UPS after the previous FedEx shipment could not be picked up or re-routed. I am expecting the shipment tomorrow and feel that Crutchfield has handled this well. I wish they would inform customers about the signature requirement at the time of checkout.

This was my first time shopping at Crutchfield and my experience was so incredible that I can't imagine buying anything they sell from any other vendor. Their sales staff is great, their tech support staff great, and their customer service staff great. Their return policy is unbeatable. Really a model company in every way.
