Deep Discount DVD Online Store

This is the only company I use to buy dvds from. Their prices can't be beat, although it sometimes takes a long time for you to get your movies. The longest i've had to wait is 3 weeks, but it's definitely worth it. Never had a problem with my products or with their service.

I was shopping for a DVD online and found a good price and quick delivery from Deep Discount DVD. Unfortunately, this was only half true. Despite the DVD's "in stock" status the order took too long to deliver (2-weeks on express delivery) and I missed a birthday gift. I will never buy from the store again based on the fact that there are plenty of more reliable online stores available not to mention just going to B&N, etc...

This is a growing company. They really have a great customer service department who are helpful with any problems you have.
Beside that, they MUST FIND another DELIVERY COMPANY to do their DELIVERY SERVICE.

They don't know how to delivery a simple DVD. By all means, please DeepDiscountDVD.com, USE FEDEX or USPS. I can't stand it waiting two weeks to get nothing but a charge on a card without having a DVD to watch. For all you folks out there, buy your DVDs at Circuitcity.com or Best Buy. Save yourself the trouble that I had.

DDD is a tempting option with low prices on a number of items and free shipping. The company seems to have made an effort to improve its shipping time, though if there is any sort of time expectation on your order you might want to look elsewhere. Though I have placed a number of orders with DDD over the years I have had a few problems. I have received an empty dvd box, I have received the wrong dvd set and most recently I have tried to apply a discount code, only to have the discount show up when I checked out but be charged the full amount. When I told customer service they responded that there may have been a technical glitch with my order- but I would still be charged full price. At this point I would certainly thin twice about shopping with them and perhaps just find another place to do business.

I have ordered MANY items from deepdiscount.com and I will say that their customer service is HORRIBLE. Why do they even ask for a phone number is beyond me, they never call if there is a problem or question. Twice now I have had orders cancelled with no explanation or warning. And they CHARGED my credit card SIX TIMES for the same order of $296.86 each time!!! Then they refused to call the C/C to have the holds & charges removed, said it would happen within 24 hours.. well 5 days later still there! They have some of the most ignorant people working in customer service, poor training!!! It took ME sitting on the phone for 2 hours 45 min to get this sorted out. My C/C (Bank of America) had my on Conference call with DeepDiscount.com to FORCE them to remove the charges right then & there since it is NOT true about it being 24 hours later... more like 15 days!

I planned on a trip to Alabama to see my favorite group Mint Condition. I ordered their Live at the 9:30 Club DVD a month before the concert. I was told it would take two weeks. After being told to continue to wait to many times I let them talk me into reshipping because they promised delivery in four days. After the sixth day I called and was told that they had to credit my account first then reorder the product. Never again!

Being a first time buyer at Deep Discount.com I expected the worst when I noticed some of the posted reviews. However, none of it happened. Within less than 48 hours I was notified by email that my item has been shipped and its estimated arrival time. To verify, a few days later I called their 800 number for details on the free shipping, and confirm that the DVD set was mailed.

Considering the competitive DVD prices and free shipping, I was skeptical on what to expect. Instead, I was pleased that the package actually arrived a few days sooner than was estimated, and there were no problems with the DVD ordered.
Usually people with similar experiences are not as likely to write, as those who may have had less favorable opinion. Nevertheless, I thought it was important to share the experience with others about Deep Discount.com. -openok2

I've ordered from this site several times. The free shipping is a nice bonus, but probably not good for folks who are a little picky about getting orders right away. The prices are the lowest I've found for DVDs about 90% of the time.

I have purchased multiple DVD's from this store now, and they are by far one of the best stores to go to. Every time I order something, checkout is smooth and simple. They provide updates about your order via E-Mail. For shipping, it's great. I have chosen there free shipping option a few times, and for the price it's good, but sometimes it's a little wait. All I have to do is select the next best shipping if I don't want to risk waiting a few days and it's here in one or two days! They have a large selection, where only about 3 or 4 DVD's I want are not offered there. I have found it very difficult, if at all possible, to beet there prices.

I have ordered from Deep Discount DVD several times. I have never had a problem with any order from them. I have always received orders in a timely fashion.

WOW! DVDs so cheap... I can feel the money leaving my wallet!! Free shipping, good selection, they even got an older movie that I found in stores for three times the price!! This is one of those finds that comes along only once in a blue moon. A+++

Great place to shop. Ordered a DVD set for my daughter. Arrived in time for Christmas. Will certainly buy from them again.

When I found this site I thought I'd found the best bargains in the world. I ordered a video, saving more than 50%, and sat back and waited to get it. An waited. And waited. I ordered in on 12/22/04 and as of today, 4/29/05, I STILL have not received it. I contacted them and all they could tell me was they shipped it out in February (I ordered it in December!) I got my money back through my bank this month because Deep Discount DVD REFUSED to refund my money, even though I never received the item! Buyer beware of this scam.

DeepDiscountDVDs is a great store.i shop there alot.they have competitive prices and free shipping.alot of their DVDs are found at lower prices than anywhere else.its truly amazing.they have a good size library of titles but not too huge.thats the only problem,is that you might not find absolutely any DVD.but they do have alot.

for the prices and free shipping on top of it,it cant be beat.deepdiscountDVDs is my top online store.the only reason i might not always buy from them is if they dont have a certain title im looking for.but thats rarely.thats only on an occasion if im looking for something rare.i always check deepdiscountDVDs first before buying a DVD anywhere else.they also sell games to for like the PS2 and X Box,GBA, and Gamecube.DeepdiscountDVDs is an amazing store and i have recommended it to a few of my friends.thats how nice it is.the check out is easy and customer service is great as well.i have never had a problem with deepdiscountDVDs.
