This company has horrible customer service! I called them on a Friday at 1 PM, just 9 days before Christmas, and there was no one in the customer service department. I was told that they had all gone home for the day. I had an urgent shipping issue, and ...

Terrible customer service. NO help after the sale.

I agree with my_opinion 123. Customer service is non-existent. Item ordered was NOT the item delivered, but they refuse to even acknowledge my phone calls or e-mails. Have e-mailed them 4 times, and called 1. Live person on phone said she'd have a manager call me....never heard from anyone. Issue is still unresolved--5 weeks later.

Excellent Site... Best Place for Gift Baskets!

I've been ordering from DelightfulDeliveries.com for many years and totally disagree with the other reviews. They have the best selection of gift baskets & gourmet gifts online. Prices are competitive and service is much better than average. Many gift basket websites offer no toll-free customer service - DelightfulDeliveries.com has 24/7 toll-free support. Plus, they have a great FAQ page and tracking emails that make things even simpler.
The gift I ordered has received on the date expected and I was told it was gorgeous! The recipient, my sister, said it was the nicest gift basket she ever received. Enough said - I was trilled.
One Christmas I ordered Ghirardelli's Chocolate baskets for my business associates. Well I order 15 of them to be delivered the week prior to Christmas. Every recipient called or emailed me to say thanks and that the gift was delicious.
Another time I ordered a Red Velvet Cake for my wife. Since I was lucky enough to get a slice, I can say without any doubts - this cake was awesome! The cake was devoured within a half hour.
Give them a try... You will not be disappointed.

I ordered two dozen pink roses for my girlfriend a week before Valentine's Day. I was guaranteed that they would arrive on Valentine's Day. They did not arrive that day. Needless to say, my girlfriend was extremely upset and our whole day was ruined. I tried to explain to her that I had ordered her present well in advance and I had no idea what could have occurred. I called Delightful Deliveries four times, twice on Wednesday and twice on Thursday. I reached a machine each time saying that there was nobody in the office. I left 2 voicemails, neither of which was ever returned. The following evening, at around 6pm, her flowers arrived. Two were dead and one was missing. I ordered the flowers to arrive in the bud stage, but the 21 "healthy" ones were well past the bud stage. This was the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE experience of my entire life. I would urge EVERYONE to stay away from this awful website.

Never make this mistake!

I switched from Harry & David to Delightful Deliveries for our corporate Fruit of The Moth Club. Big mistake. Their "customer service" stinks! They do not bother to notify you if the fruit deliveries are delayed for a month! Not even an apology, except to say that the card included in the certificate indicates "there may be delays due to bad weather", etc. Their Sales Manager, Lynda Murata is only interested in your account when payment is due and she is trying to get an order.
Never again will I use this service.
