Very helpful and understanding staff. As I purchased from Spain and send to USA shipping address I was a bit concerned as well because I had a deadline for the camera to arrive to this shipping address, would it come late my camera would not be brought to me till the next visit of me friend! Why did I even doubt, brilliant service spot on time, they'd put 1200 local time and arrives 1208, and all they promised and more!!

I found a 3.2mp digi-cam on Digital Foto for nearly $100 less than it was in Ritz. -- I got a call from Digital Foto asking me if my shipping address was the same as my billing address. I thought it was some type of verification, but I later found out my item actually shipped 1 day before I verified this information. With my more recent Internet ordering experiences, it seems more common now to have to verify submitted information via phone or fax. So, this maybe isn't alarming.
